11. How Estimates and Pricing Work

We write estimates in person, after we have seen the work at your property. Any figures mentioned on this Site are starting points and can change once we account for the real condition of your home, the materials involved, the size of the job, and permitting. Your written estimate stays locked at the quoted price for 30 days. The only binding price is the one in the estimate you approve.
