Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: June 9, 2026

Welcome to Dominion Electric LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of our website at https://dominionelectricllc.com (the "Site") and cover any time you browse our pages, request an estimate, or get in touch with us about electrical work.

Using this Site means you accept these Terms. We have written them in plain language so that both you and we know where we stand. Please take a few minutes to read through them.

1. Acceptable Use

You are welcome to use this Site to learn about our services and contact us. You agree not to do any of the following:

  • Copy, alter, decompile, or attempt to recreate the code or materials behind this Site
  • Strip out any ownership, copyright, or trademark notices attached to our content
  • Republish or host our materials on another server or platform
  • Interfere with the Site's performance, security, or the networks it runs on
  • Post or send anything abusive, deceptive, obscene, or illegal through the Site
  • Use the Site for any purpose that breaks local, state, or federal law
  • Push spam or unwanted advertising through any part of the Site
  • Gather information about other users without their permission
  • Violate anyone else's privacy, intellectual property, or other legal rights

2. Ownership of Content

Everything you see on this Site, including photos of our work, written descriptions, our logo, and the underlying code, belongs to Dominion Electric LLC or is used by us with permission. It is protected under copyright and trademark law.

You may save or print a single copy of our content for your own personal use, such as keeping a record of a service you are considering. This permission does not transfer any ownership to you, and it ends if you break any part of these Terms.

3. Information and Materials You Send Us

Anything you send us stays yours. That includes the details you type into our contact form, the description of the work you need, and any photos of your home or project you choose to share. We do not claim ownership over your information or property.

When you send us something, you are giving us permission to use it for the reason you sent it, whether that is replying to your message, preparing an estimate, or carrying out the work, along with running and improving our business. If you send us a review or testimonial, you are allowing us to show it on our Site and in our marketing. Just let us know if you ever want it taken down.

4. Limits on Our Liability

We offer this Site and its contents as they are, without promises about how it will perform. As far as the law allows, Dominion Electric LLC is not responsible for:

  • Guaranteeing that the Site is error free or always available
  • The accuracy or completeness of any information shown here
  • Any loss or damage that results from relying on the Site or being unable to use it

This section is about the website only. It has nothing to do with the workmanship warranty or any guarantee that comes with electrical work we actually perform. Those are covered separately in the written agreement for your project.

5. Keeping Content Current

We do our best to keep the Site accurate, but information here is general and can fall out of date. Service details, timelines, promotions, and any prices mentioned are examples, not firm commitments. We may revise or correct anything on the Site whenever we need to.

6. Links to Other Websites

You may find links on our Site that take you to other places, such as our social media profiles or a financing partner. We do not control those sites and have not checked all of them. A link is not an endorsement, and anything you do on another site is your own responsibility. We suggest reading the terms and privacy policy of any site you visit through one of our links.

7. Ending Access

We may pause or cut off your access to the Site at any time, without warning, if you do not follow these Terms.

8. If Part of These Terms Does Not Hold Up

If a court finds any part of these Terms invalid or unenforceable, only that part is affected. Everything else stays in effect.

9. Which Laws Apply

These Terms follow the laws of the State of Washington. By using this Site, you agree that any dispute will be handled by the courts located in Snohomish County, Washington.

10. Service Information and Project Agreements

What you read on this Site, including our service pages, membership details, guarantees, and any pricing, is for general information and does not create a contract on its own. The actual scope, cost, schedule, and warranty for your job are spelled out in the written estimate or agreement we give you before any work starts.

11. How Estimates and Pricing Work

We write estimates in person, after we have seen the work at your property. Any figures mentioned on this Site are starting points and can change once we account for the real condition of your home, the materials involved, the size of the job, and permitting. Your written estimate stays locked at the quoted price for 30 days. The only binding price is the one in the estimate you approve.
